Sydney, Australia – Clark Equipment launches flagship branch in Smithfield
Clark Equipment is proud to announce that as of Saturday 23rd June 2012, it has launched its new flagship branch in Smithfield, Sydney. The branch was opened by Robert Hammond – Managing Director of Clark Equipment, Rich Goldsbury – Bobcat & Doosan President for North America & Oceania, and Andrew Rohan MP – State Member for Smithfield.
“Our new facility will give us the opportunity to better support our customers in Sydney and throughout NSW – we are here to be able to serve. We see this branch as a vote of confidence in the region and its future development” said Robert Hammond, Managing Director.
The branch, conveniently located in the industrial heart of Sydney, will serve as the flagship retail location for Clark equipment’s construction equipment business. It will be showcasing Clark Equipment’s full range of Bobcat® compact construction equipment, Doosan large excavators, wheel loaders and dump trucks, Doosan Portable Power air compressors, generators and lighting equipment, and more. The Smithfield branch is situated on a 20,000m2 site on the Cumberland Highway and boasts a large and fully equipped workshop facility, equipment storage and display areas, and convenient truck access.
Smithfield will also be the base for Clark Equipment’s parts and service operations in NSW, with their workshop moving from its previous location at Silverwater (with that branch having been refurbished and relaunched in November 2011 as a dedicated showroom for Clark Equipment’s Clark Forklifts business.
