We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced leader to the position of Snr Parts Interpreter / 2IC Leader in our Dandenong branch.

About the role:

This is very much a hands-on role that will be responsible for Parts support to our external customers, the service department and internal sales with a prime focus on quality customer service at all times. This position will suit an experienced Parts Interpreter looking to advance their career path.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this position plans, coordinates and implements key operational strategies across our parts department business unit to ensure continued sales growth, efficient management of operations whilst effectively engaging department personnel with a view to attract and retain quality employees.

Duties include but not limited to:

- High level Customer Service
- Maintaining stock levels
- Order Processing
- Warehouse management
- Parts Interpretation
- Stocktaking

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Experience in customer sales and service
- Supervisory skills
- Demonstrated Parts experience
- Great communication skills
- Mechanical and/or technical knowledge of plant will be highly regarded
- Current Forklift license an advantage
