Field Service Technician - Cairns - 311

We currently have a Field Service technician position available at our Cairns location. We are seeking someone that has the right attitude, drive self-motivated and determination to succeed in a high paced and competitive environment. We attend to a vibrant customer base, from small-business owner-operators, to large civil contractors and government bodies. 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they are able to work independently, have a strong customer focus, be punctual, prepared to work an on-call roster, prepared to work in a field and workshop environment.

What we are looking for:

- Trade certificate with at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- A good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Full car licence
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in hydraulics and electrical circuits
- Auto Electrical experience and diagnostic skills
- Forklift License

Following skills are advantageous:

- Product knowledge of heavy equipment
- Automotive Air Conditioning licence (preferred but not required)
- MR, EWP, plant and LPG licences (preferred but not required)
