Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a national distributor of Major Construction, Materials Handling and Ag Equipment, supporting industry leading brands including Clark, Omega, Bobcat, Develon and McCormick. Clark Equipment is proudly the only Australian Manufacturer of Heavy Port & Material Handling Equipment.

We are looking for a Parts Trainee to join our spare parts team. Located at our head office in Hornsby the successful candidate will become an integral part of the team, assisting in achieving our goals of excellent customer support and growth. 

The position will include exposure to all products in the Clark Equipment range, providing variety and a full understanding of our aftermarket business.

About the role:

- Receiving and processing dealer parts enquiries.
- Processing of customer orders and liaising with other teams.
- Assist other Central Parts Division team members.
- Contribute towards a positive customer experience through proactive communication.
- An enthusiastic high school graduate wanting a career in the equipment industry or someone with experience on the tools wanting to move into spare parts support could thrive in this role.
- Remuneration commensurate with experience.
