Your Role
You will be responsible for the providing Level 1 support of the IT systems and end-user devices to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing remote and on-site support to end-users to maximise their productivity
- Monitoring of and response to user requests
- Troubleshooting, configuring, installing, repairing desktop hardware and software
- User setups
- Basic assistance – application support, client hardware, Other IT projects
Experience/Skill Requirements
- Developing knowledge of MS Operating Systems and applications
- Some networking troubleshooting knowledge & understanding of TCP/IP
- Ability to record processes and create documentation
