IT Helpdesk Analyst Level 1/2 - Hornsby - 23



Clark Equipment is a leading Australian owned group of companies.  We are involved in the manufacture, import, distribution and support of a range of industrial, agricultural and material handling equipment. Our major brands include Bobcat, Clark, Daken, Doosan, McCormick Tractors and Omega.


Your Role

You will be responsible for the providing Level 1 & 2 support of the IT systems and end-user devices to end-users. 

Key Responsibilities

- Providing remote and on-site support to end-users to maximise their productivity
- Monitoring of and response to user requests
- Troubleshooting, configuring, installing, repairing desktop hardware and software|
- User setups
- Basic assistance – ERP systems, Mobile Phones, IT projects, WIFI

Experience/Skill Requirements

- Some previous experience working on a Helpdesk/Service Desk or customer service role
- Sound knowledge of MS Operating Systems and applications
- Experience with MS Windows, Office 365, MS Office Suite and Active Directory
- Some networking troubleshooting knowledge & understanding of TCP/IP
- Ability to record processes and create documentation
- IP telephony (beneficial, but not essential)
