Spare Part/Customer Service Administrator - Hornsby - 2103



Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, is a leading distributor of Capital Equipment with operations nationally, distributing recognised brands in the Construction, Material Handling and Agricultural industries.


An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator, to join the Clark Equipment Central Parts Division team, located at Hornsby.


Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- General administration, customer support and housekeeping
- Assisting with order processing and warehouse stock audits
- Expediting customer orders, and liaising with internal departments
- Counter & telephone sales, and e-commerce across the product range
- Assisting with parts interpretation of branch and dealer enquiries


The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Experience in equipment or automotive spare parts sales and customer service
- Knowledge of machinery used in the Construction, Material Handling & Agricultural industries
- Computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.


Experience in a similar position or within the industry is desirable, but not essential.


A can-do attitude and experience within a sales environment is preferred.
