Forklift Rentals & Sales Administrator - Sydney - 180


Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is an Australian owned distributor of Forklifts, agricultural & Construction Equipment including the Clark, Omega, Bobcat and Doosan brands and currently has an exciting new opportunity for a Rental Administrative Assistant to join our materials handling team!


Based at the Hornsby head office, you will work closely with the National Rentals Manager in the execution of forklift rental administrative functions. The main responsibilities will include processing orders, coordination of transport, maintaining CRM and rental administration within existing systems, liaising with sales reps and customers, administration of contracts and general administrative support to the National Forklift Rentals Manager. 


We are looking to employ a mature, bright, enthusiastic and well-presented person with a professional work approach. They should be proficient with Microsoft Office, show attention to detail, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Applicants may have administrative or forklift industry experience, but this is not essential. 


This is an excellent opportunity to establish or further a career in this busy hands-on commercial role that has growth potential into the future.
