Currently there exists an outstanding opportunity to join a 100% Australian owned company in the position of Technical Support Specialist in the Portable Power Product division of Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd. This newly created position will see you become the technical advisor to support our range of generators and compressors within the product range. The position is located in Hornsby.

Our products are sold both direct to end user and through dealer network so you will be required to provide technical expertise both to the product specialist representing the brand and to our established dealers and customers. Technical expertise will include training of service, sales and dealers in the product, liaison with principals and after market suppliers and coordination of parts supply and allocation. Some travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting portable power equipment and a technical qualification in the service and repair of similar or related products.

You will possess a strong customer focus and presentation skills.
